General

What is Green Meteor?
Green Meteor is a marketplace and development studio specializing in HumHub modules and custom web solutions. We offer free and premium extensions, as well as bespoke development services for organizations and businesses.
Who are your products and services intended for?
Our products and services are intended for HumHub administrators, developers, businesses, nonprofits, and organizations seeking to extend functionality or build custom solutions.
How do I install modules?
After purchasing or downloading a module, upload it to your HumHub installation's protected/modules directory. Once uploaded, enable the module from the HumHub administration panel.
Are the modules compatible with my HumHub version?
Each module specifies its minimum supported HumHub version via the module.json file.

As part of our core development policy, we begin updating modules during the second to third beta phase of new HumHub releases whenever possible to help ensure smoother upgrades once stable versions are released.
Do you support beta or pre-release versions of HumHub?
Beta and pre-release HumHub versions are supported on a best-effort basis. Full compatibility is guaranteed only for officially released stable HumHub versions.

Purchases, Payments & Refunds

What payment methods do you accept?
We primarily accept major credit and debit cards through Stripe.

In special circumstances where Stripe is unavailable in your country, PayPal may be offered by request only with supporting proof. Requests must be sent to pricing@greenmeteor.net.
Do you offer refunds?
All premium module purchases are final and non-refundable due to immediate digital delivery.

This policy is clearly disclosed during checkout and documented in our Terms of Service, including an express waiver of applicable withdrawal rights.

Accidental duplicate purchases of the same module may be reviewed if reported with a valid receipt.

Licensing & Usage

Where can I find the license terms for Green Meteor modules?
All license terms are published and maintained on our website under the Licenses section.

License terms apply regardless of whether a license file is included with a module download. By downloading, installing, or using a module, you agree to the applicable license.
What license applies to premium or commercial modules?
Premium and commercial modules are governed by the Green Meteor Premium/Commercial License Agreement, which is available on our website.

This license grants a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the module on up to two (2) HumHub instances owned or operated by you. Redistribution, resale, SaaS use, sublicensing, and third-party access are prohibited.
What license applies to free modules?
All free modules provided by Green Meteor are licensed under the GNU Affero General Public License (AGPL-3.0).

This license allows free use, modification, and distribution under AGPL-3.0 terms. You are responsible for ensuring compliance when modifying or deploying free modules.
Can I modify Green Meteor modules?
Yes, modifications are permitted.

For premium modules, modifications are allowed for internal use only and must retain all copyright and proprietary notices.

For free modules licensed under AGPL-3.0, modifications must comply with the AGPL license requirements.
Can I use a premium module on more than two HumHub installations?
No. Premium licenses permit use on up to two (2) HumHub instances only.

Additional installations require the purchase of additional licenses. Please contact us if you require multi-instance or organizational licensing.
